Client Discovery

We start by connecting you with one of our Senior Strategists. They work closely with you to learn more about you, your business, your industry and your goals. A discovery session can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour and sets us all up for future success.

Research & Strategy Development

Following your initial discovery session, we begin in-depth research, Digital marketing changes dramatically from industry and region to region. The Senior Strategist takes all of this into account. Using our proprietary software and industry leading third party tools they leverage the data to build a winning strategy for your business.

Strategy & Pricing Review

Building a complete strategy typically take 3-7 business days depending on the complexity. Once completed our assigned Senior Strategist and any other key members of our team will walk you through the planned approach. No Smoke and mirrors, we show you exactly what we plan to do and how we anticipate it will impact your business. From there we supply you with a detailed quote. How confident are we in our approach? We don’t lock you into a long-term contract!

Project Launch

Once you have signed off, you are assigned a Group Account Director, Account Manager, and other key personnel required for your project such as a Campaign Manager and/or Content Writer. You are introduced to the team, so you know exactly who has touch points on your account. We go beyond the initial discovery call to learn more about your business operations outside of digital marketing. After that, the project begins!
